The Membership Services Committee helps make our club a welcoming, friendly, and enjoyable place to belong. Its role is not only to support membership growth but also to strengthen the spirit of fellowship and friendship that makes Rotary unique.

What we do

• Membership Growth and Retention – promote Rotary in the community, attract new members, and help existing members remain active and connected.
• Encourage Fellowship – organise social gatherings, informal get-togethers, and opportunities for members (and their families) to enjoy time together.
• Welfare - Monitor the wellbeing of club members and their families.
• Regulation – in conjunction with the club secretary ensure the Club is kept aware of appropriate procedures and remains compliant with RGBI and R.I. regulations and procedures.

Why it matters

Rotary is more than service – it’s also about friendship, fun, and fellowship. By fostering strong relationships within the club, the Membership Services Committee helps create the supportive environment that makes our service to the community both effective and enjoyable.
