Community Needs

• Identify and evaluate the needs of the local and wider communities.
• Develop an appropriate action plan where it is believed we can help.

International

• Choose global causes to support e.g. Mary’s Meals, End Polio Now, MSF, Sightsavers & Shelterbox.
• Where appropriate respond to international disasters and crises. e.g. donations and bucket collections.

Funding

• Organise fund raising events to support the above.

Encourage Involvement

• Welcome contributions from all members, volunteers and other local organisations.
• Keep everyone informed and involved (circulate minutes to all members).

Monitor

• Prepare an annual business plan including financial forecast for submission to Club Assembly.
• Monitor progress against plan.
• Submit report to Club AGM detailing activity against plan.
